Eid Pre-Order
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Please read the following information carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Dispatch Date:
All pre-orders will begin being prepared and dispatched from 21st May. We’re working hard to ensure your order arrives beautifully and promptly. Thank you for your patience and excitement!
Mixed Orders (Pre-order + In-stock Items):
If your order includes both pre-order and non-pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Delivery Options:
Express Shipping
If you select Express Shipping, your order will be shipped using an express courier service once it is prepared.
*Express Shipping applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders are delivered via an express shipping after dispatch (Monday to Thursday only).
Standard Delivery
If you choose Standard Delivery, your order will be shipped via our standard service.
Eid Guarantee:
We’re pleased to confirm that all pre-orders will arrive ahead of Eid, Insha’Allah.
